Temple QMS has launched a range of Mental Health courses in partnership with Stellar Mind.
Mental ill health is responsible for 91 million working days lost every year. 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem this year.
The training courses will be available online and classroom based, and provide training in a safe, inclusive learning environment and every Mental Health First Aid course is delivered by a qualified instructor that is accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health.
The courses are designed to help managers and employees maintain positive mental health and enable them to realise their true potential, which makes coping with the pressures of life and work easier.
Lynn Smith – MHFA Training Instructor at Stellar Mind said:
“Healthy and well-motivated employees positively impact businesses’ productivity and effectiveness.
With these courses, you can nurture a happy, healthy and productive culture at work, in education, or at home. Creating an environment where all can thrive is a result of giving mental and physical health equal priority.
We are looking forward to working with Temple QMS, and delivering courses that will make a big difference”.
Jaz Tanwar – Operations Director at Temple QMS said:
“Having attended one of the recent courses, we were blown away by the depth and knowledge available. Workplace practices that promote wellbeing and remove stigma are crucial. By working together, we can have a significant impact.”
